2. Return Instructions:
If the purchased item has quality issue (not included intentional damaged),member must notify the company by phone (Tel. 852 6996 2573) or email (email@example.com) within 7 days after received the item. Please provide name, purchasing order number, damaged detail for the company to investigate the issue. After notifying the company, member should bring the damaged item with receipt to the store within 7days for replacement or refund.
Customers must meet the following criteria in order to receive return service:
∗ Member must notify the company by phone (Tel. 852 6996 2573) or email firstname.lastname@example.org 7days after received the product. Member must provide name, purchasing order number and return reason.
∗ Please ensure all the packaging is in good condition, including the product labels and tags, any damage or folds will be deemed as non-returnable.
∗ If the member did not notify the company within 7days after received the purchase item or fails to complete and return the required documents or goods, including the official receipt, the company has the right to reject the customer's return application.
∗ Reasons for return must be reasonable, company reserves any right to refuse the request for return.
∗ If the return item is not quality related (special offer item is non-returnable), member must bring the item with receipt to our store within 7days. Member will get replacement of other item with the same price or get 80% refunded in original purchased item.If member wish us to pick up the return item, HK$150 administration fee will be apply. Everything will be subject to the final decision of the company.
∗ If there is any dispute arising from there turn, all will be decided by the company as the final arbitration.
